New Zealand Tourist Visa Fees (Visitor Visa)

If your travel plans include visiting New Zealand, you need to apply either for a New Zealand eTA or a visitor visa, depending on your nationality. Only Australian citizens can enter the country with nothing but a valid passport.

Nationals of visa-waiver countries do not need to submit a tourist visa application. Instead, they are required to obtain NZeTA. It is an electronic travel authorization enabling eligible foreign citizens to have short-term tourist, business, and transit visits.

Citizens of non-visa-exempted countries need to apply for a New Zealand tourist visa. A traditional visa application can be completed at the embassy.

Proceed on reading to learn which of the entry permits you need and get information on the New Zealand tourist visa fees, the application process, and requirements.

NZeTA

Permitted stay

NZeTA enables its holders to stay for up to 90 days each time they go to New Zealand. The permitted number of entries into the country is unlimited during the permit’s validity period. NZeTA stays effective for 2 years since its approval.

  1. Fill out a short form on the website. Enter the requested information in the required fields.
  2. Upload the documents.
  3. Pay service fees by using an online payment method – a debit/credit card or PayPal.
  4. Receive the approved New Zealand eTA via email.

Fees

The price of New Zealand ETA with our services is 99 euros. It is possible to cover fees via any online payment option available on our website. Feel free to choose the method you prefer – for example, debit/credit card, PayPal account, or PayU.

All these methods are properly protected, so you do not have to worry about the security of your money and data. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation number which you can use to check the status of your application.

Requirements

To apply for electronic travel authorization to New Zealand, you need to own a functioning device with an internet connection, such as a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC. It is also required that you have the ability to complete the payment online and a current email address.

The necessary documents to attach include an applicant’s passport, effective for a minimum of 3 months from the planned date of arrival in New Zealand, and the applicant’s passport-style photo – it may be taken with a smartphone camera but should be in color and of relatively good quality.
