Zimbabwe eVisa – General Information

Zimbabwe eVisa is an online document, which allows eligible travelers to enter Zimbabwe. There are several types of electronic Zimbabwe visas: single-entry, double-entry, and KAZA UNIVISA.

What is the validity period of eVisa Zimbabwe?

• a single-entry tourist/business eVisa is valid for 90 days and allows one to stay in the country for tourism-related purposes
• a double-entry eVisa validity period is 90 days (or 30 days in the business case)
• a KAZA Univisa is a multiple-entry type valid for 30 days.

Requirements for Zimbabwe visa online application

To get an electronic visa for Zimbabwe, you must be a citizen of an eligible country and have a working device with stable internet access. You can use your phone, tablet, laptop, or PC.

Important! The required documents vary depending on the country of origin.

Citizens of some countries only need a passport valid for six months from the arrival date. Others (marked with “*”) have to attach additional documents:

• a photo of the passport’s bio-data page;
• applicant’s face photograph – can be taken with a phone or PC camera;
• residence proof from the country of origin;
• proof of having a hotel reservation;
• an invitation letter from the Zimbabwe company an applicant is going to be working with (for a business visa);
• an invitation letter from the applicant’s company (for a business visa).

On arrival, a traveler will have to present a valid passport with blank space for stamps and a printed copy of the online visa for Zimbabwe to the customs officials.
With a KAZA UNIVISA, it is possible to cross the border only through particular entry points:

Transit information

You need to have a valid passport and a visa if you want to transit in Zimbabwe and leave the transit zone. Apply earlier to avoid some inconveniences such as delays or rejections.
